In 2009, the stone standardization work will be comprehensively carried out, and the standards urgently needed for the development of China's stone industry will be supplemented and the standardization quality system of China's stone materials will be initially established.

China's stone standard system framework: stone (natural and synthetic) products, basic and test method standards, stone-specific auxiliary materials standards, stone-specific mechanical equipment standards, application technical specifications and management standards. At present, there are 48 current standards related to stone in China, including 23 national standards, 24 building materials industry standards, and 1 entry and exit inspection and quarantine industry standard. It does not include the relevant abrasives standards: the stone standards under revision are There are 33 items, including 16 national standards and 17 building materials industry standards. There are 23 newly-developed standards and 10 industry standards are revised. It is planned to formulate 20 national standards for artificial stone terminology and test methods and revise 7 national standards for stone test methods.

At present, the stone industry has not issued international standards. The main standard systems are the American ASTM stone standard and the European EN stone professional standard. China's stone foundation, products and test method standards mainly use the American ASTM stone standard, the physical requirements are basically the same, increasing the processing quality and radioactivity requirements. But there are still big gaps in many areas. There are mainly: (1) there are still big gaps in the construction and installation technology of stone materials, application technology, and existing safety inspection technology for curtain wall; (2) There are huge gaps in technical specifications and management specifications for stone mining, and mining technology is common. Behind, causing chaotic logging, huge waste of resources; (3) lack of standards in production management, quality management, environmental protection and material conservation of stone enterprises, directly applying ISO 9000 series standards does not solve the actual management problems of the stone industry, resulting in widespread Management chaos; (4) product standards are not detailed enough, especially the emerging new products, new types, new process standards have not kept up; (5) material performance deep technical research and method standards and developed countries There is still a big gap. For example, some of the deeper test methods in the European standard system are lacking, such as: salt crystal strength, petrographic analysis, chilling heat, dynamic elastic modulus, salt spray aging strength, fracture energy, static elasticity. Modulus, linear thermal expansion coefficient, capillary water absorption coefficient, etc., increase the test method standards of these projects and the practical application project standards are conducive to the richness and scientific research of China's stone basic standards. Strive to draft international standards for stone has a positive significance for China's participation in international standardization work.

According to the status of China's stone standards, the recent standardization work tasks after the establishment of the National Stone Standardization Technical Committee are mainly: supplementing and perfecting the standards urgently needed for the development of China's stone industry, and initially establishing a relatively complete standardization system for China's stone. The medium and long-term standardization tasks are mainly on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced standards, supplementing and perfecting the stone standardization system, and promoting the technological advancement of the industry, strengthening management, energy saving, environmental protection, recycling economy, waste utilization, engineering safety, etc. Strengthen the research on stone standardization and the revision of relevant standards. The details are as follows:

1. To promote technological progress, improve management and innovation, energy conservation and material conservation, environmental protection, recycling economy, waste utilization, and engineering umbrellas as the main objectives, strengthen the standard formulation of stone applications, and mainly complete the inclusion of national resource conservation and comprehensive utilization standards. The planned series of artificial stone terminology, products and test methods, and the introduction of technical standards for management and application;

2. Completion of the national and industry standards revision and revision tasks for the 11th Five-Year Plan;

3. Organizing and researching ASTM and European EN standards on stone materials, especially application specifications, accelerating the formulation of China's stone engineering standards and standards, and improving the technical level of China's stone standards;

4. During the a€?Eleventh Five-Year Plana€? period, supplement and improve the standards urgently needed by the industry, and initially establish a stone standardization system framework, mainly increasing salt crystal strength, petrographic analysis, chilling heat, dynamic elastic modulus, salt spray aging strength, and fracture resistance. 5. Strengthen the standard publicity work, keep abreast of the implementation status of the standards and the state of technological development, complete the standard review work in a timely manner, and maintain the timeliness of the standards;

6. Organize training work vigorously and train a large number of standardized technical talents for enterprises;

7. Organize the drafting of international standards for four basic stone test methods for compressive strength, flexural strength, bulk density and water absorption of stone, and strive to form international standards;

8. Strengthen cooperation and exchanges with foreign standardization organizations, promote the integration of China's stone standards with the international standards, and strive to undertake the work of the International Stone Standardization Committee.

9. Strengthen the communication and coordination mechanism between the stone standardization committee and each sub-technical committee, and complete the stone standardization work in an orderly and efficient manner.

Each sub-contracting committee has carried out research on the standard framework and standard system in their respective fields, and initially drafted the specific work plan for the next step, and some drafted the standard plan.

The special mechanical sub-technical committee focuses on the completion of the existing standard plan, review of relevant standards, and continue to study and explore the mature national standards of machinery.
