From the measured data in Table 1, it can be seen that the betel nut plants have different absorption values a€?a€?for metal elements. 3.3 The accumulation of metal elements in different parts of the betel nut species The metal elements in the plant mainly come from the soil. In different parts, the accumulation of metal elements is not the same. In general, the content of elements in plants is represented by the above-ground organs (stems, leaves, and fruits). It usually shows that the accumulation of elements in fruits and leaves is higher than that in stems.
